Daniel has worked closely with pioneers in the clean tech industry on green waste-to-energy and solar thermal projects. Daniel has not only accompanied these innovators through the complicated federal and state permitting processes, but he has also developed both traditional and modern financial solutions for these entrepreneurs.
Through this experience, Daniel has attained particular expertise in statutory interpretation of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the Federal Clean Air Act as it applies to the various California air districts, more specifically the San Diego Air Pollution Control District (SDAPCD).
